    12)AEFF- had some weird urges out of the blue for some split of the second 2-3 times through the day, greed is a tough one to get rid of somehow it connects to values and dreams,had some split of the second at the back of the mind anxieties about the future)

    I have burned my dopamine dry and cant keep erection during sex. I want to keep away from porn and masturbation for as long as I can. But main motivation is to get my reward circuitry as close to original state as possible.

    I've relapsed few minutes ago. So this makes me a junior participant.

    Sign me up, man. I'm a PMO addict. I need people. I've distance myself from people thinking I can recover from porn by myself. It turns out you need people.

    I just relapsed. I watched an anime. After I finished watching it, I didn't know what to do, so mu mind said porn. Like an idiot, I acted on the desire to destroy myself.

    Well you are in !;) The supporting 16 rules are for the main 3 to stay intact and the more you try and follow them the better off you gonna be. And yeah, keep accountability, speak about your problems, for if you don't ask you don't get help.Try to see how many out of 16 you can do today.:)
