    Is it normal for you to go to bed at 1am ? Have you tried other times so that you could compare sleep's recovery effects on the clarity of your thinking? I 'd like you to try an experiment for you wellbeing's sake-try to go to bed at 21.15 to wake up at 5am.

    Nope , my sleep time is very random I need to work on it. Yesterday I slept 3 hours in the afternoon.
    I usually sleep at 10 if I dont nap during the day

    Sorry , yesterday was very bad , I didnt relpase or anything , but I binged on YouTube for 6hrs , and was very unproductive felt ashamed of myself thats why didn't post anything.
    Although I did my routine of push ups , cold showers and breathing stuff. I have to work on this YouTube addiction, I think all of this happened because I haven't been sleeping properly since the last week.

    OOH Bro ,you better sort out sleep as soon as you can. Set yourself a sleep schedule for the next two weeks and stick to it-aim for 8 hours with waking up and going to bed at the same time. Try to substitute youtube ,at least partially, with studying something you care about in a book/written format. What would you like to learn?
    p.s. Avoid sitting for extended time periods without taking a break and getting some fresh oxygen to your blood :).

    Slept on schedule finally,
    I will be productive today and complete 9/9 of my habits

    Well done ! It might be a good idea to make a list of habits on the piece of paper or in your phone and tick them off when you done something, to have a visual progress awareness as you go through your day !:)

    Quite strong urges today. When meditating they were trying to pull my awareness and I tried to ignore them the best I could and kept awareness on my breath.

    Yesterday I tried to sleep at 10:30 pm , couldn't so read a book till 12, and then slept,
    7/12 habits completed.
    Hopefully I can motivate myself a I have been feeling low for the past few days

    Hello, I would like to join this challenge if I may.

    I practice celibacy and I am very serious about 180 days of pure semen retention, this challenge is perfect for me and I feel very fortunate and blessed to have found it.

    Think about what you like to do just for the sake of the process,then try to apply it to helping other people in some way. There you will find your motivation and more..:)
