    12)AEFF- was fighting mixed feelings-some sort of light anxiety and a bit of shame when picking up litter, probably because I didn't want neither praise nor laugh from strangers on account of what I was doing,but nobody said nothing about it at all they just looked at me.

    12)AEFF- was feling a bit annoyed when was disturbed by frequent calls when working out, and when the occasion came I let the other person know how I felt about those calls in a rather irritatedmanner.Also felt anger when splashed lightly by a passing car.I think unless you keep your mind on God it tends to react in an old ways.

    Did you know that sperm maturation period for it to be fully functional is 74 days + some time for transportation.So that those who try to create a child evry day are just kidding themselves with blank shots and ruining their health?

  11. This is for 2 days, for some reason my report yesterday didn't make it.

    1)Pray God-Done Double done
    2)Stay accountable daily-wrote my AP's morning and night
    3)Study about reboot-reading a new paper that is pretty big daily
    4)Take cold shower daily- still suffering in as cold one for a longer period of time
    5)Guard your eyes from nudity and indecent views-Done
    6)Work on your talents-did a lot both days
    7)Work on your career-done both days
    8)Engage in physical activities-done worked out pretty well on exercise machine and weights thursday
    9)Eat moderately and healthy-done
    10)Go to bed early and wake up early-done, I always do

  12. So from this chart then it means that If you masturbate regularly, your semen only contains immature, poorly developed spermatozoa? Then if you are married and want to be sure to best impregnate your wife, it would be good to get into the practice of planning to at most, only slip up once every 2.5-3 months that means sort of 4 times a year for the ultimate in reproductive health? Would it be best to only try to get your wife pregnant then at 4 ties of the year? Just trying to learn all this..
    After the spermatozoa are mature, how long can you keep these mature sperm in "storage" in your body or will the oldest ones naturally flush out of your system only as new spermatids are formed and enter your reproductive system?

    There would be a very high probability that the first one would be successful.
    You can keep them indefinitely all that storage and flush out theories are nonsense and are utterly wrong.
    It's like a phone on a monthly top up,where month is your lifetime if it is full you don't have to top it up unless you used it for the righteous cause.:)
