    Guys it's better don't start something then give up and not finish it( even if you simply have forgotten about it)-for every unfinished business/loose end will hang in your mind for the rest of your life sucking out your mental energy on internal shame and regret of something incomplete.

    12)AEFF- some thoughts of overwhelming misunderstanding from people who tend to express their opinion based on hearsay and are quite ignorant on the matter.Most of the world lies at the thick materialistic smoke without any thoughts of God(they probably start praying and thinking about God only when they are at the funeral or about to kick the bucket themselves).

    @Virginpaul and @12ove please keep your challenge day count after your checking in to track the progress in the challenge separately from your PMO tracking in the signature (since wet dreams/nocturnal emissions if happened reset this challenge progress to 0) .

    Announcement: - Today we got a new addition to our reading/study list it's Allen Carr's book on how to stop 'smoking'!
    p.s. If you are already reading some other book then finish that reading first. Get into habit of finishing,completing what you started, because one thing completed is better than a hundred of incomplete ones.

    I do no smoke tobacco, and am not interested in stopping blazing herb..but I am interested in slowing down. So I will try to do that.

    12)AEFF- felt light depression from kind of feeling when you want, to accomplish a lot of things but time and resources are limited you need prioritize but it 's not that easy just by the time of the day important tasks have the possibility to get done and important deadline keeps looming ahead.
