Thanks my brother I appreciate your words. I think we could possibly reach 180 days together, im going to give it my best shot. This challenge and the daily habits are helping me get back onto my feet, for the next 72 hours I will be on guard and aware.

The motivation was that an old fetish came back to haunt me. So I went into a chatroom and roleplayed the fetish. I had avoided chatrooms for 120 days, I have been addicted to chatrooms and 120 days without going into one has helped me alot. I hated being in the chatroom it felt degrading.

My trigger was the inappropriate pictures iv been looking at for the past few days. My relapse began when I opened those pictures and peeked

What made it possible? I isolated myself from everyone around me and went into the chatroom after not sleeping to good last night, kept waking up. Knowing I was tired I should have gone easy on myself and stayed around people

Well, yeah there are some dangerous things which are better to get rid of a they are like a time bomb or a mine which you fogotten about only to step on later.
Many people stop or at least give a serious effort to ,only when the safety rope of good health is no longer there.

Yes this 180 days of pure daily discipline will kill my fetish once and for all, its almost dead, it just needs this 180 days to completely destroy it.

That video was extremely motivating, its one of my favourite movies and it spoke to me when he said "I'm angry" because I'm angry right now. Normally I am driven by love, but right now I'm being driven by anger for what I did yesterday. It's a healthy anger that's getting me up and making me take action instead of procrastinating in some sick peverted demonic chatroom

Yeah brother, healthy anger is good for us to get through low feelings of depression and despair, but not to stay there permanently. Use it only as much as you need to get to feeling better place.:)

yes, I feel a lot better than i did 61 days ago. i feel sharper, have more energy, and feel a lot more confident when i'm not tired. when i'm tired i want nothing to do with people. I feel at ease everyday and the rules are just daily habits. i have a ton of discipline. also, sorry about the wet dream. those things happen. i saw ways of prevention, but they aren't 100% effective.
