    Welcome brother ! First read the 1st thread's message and print ( or simply write em down on a piece of paper) yourself the 20 rules habits (to replace the old habits) to track your progress through the day. Keep everyday accountability if you can by accounting on following the path as well on the 20 rules habits like we all do here.(It can be short done not done or with details, whichever way feels right for you.):)
    ps Choose yourself an inspiring avatar picture reflecting your goal in mind.
    pps After the first accountability post you can copy the previous post and only change variables for that particular day.
