    Only truth can set us free and to be born again you have to let go of your old self. Suffering is the result of being imprisoned by the erroneous beliefs we picked up along our life-path and cling to them out of fear of what if(fear of the unknown), meanwhile allowing them to define our life and guide our choices.

    I have messed up my life: I am a software developer since becoming addicted to porn and eventually sex, I have been indecisive, a liar, a cheat, dull, lazy and anti social and unimaginative like before but I want to believe that these are in the past. I want to QUIT porn, stay committed to my career, build a startup and Level up in life.

    You are welcome brother ! :emoji_heart: You judged yourself harshly, but the truth is you done those nasty thing as many of us did too,but you are not those things but a divine soul in this temporary body capable of everything. We can change ourselves in order to be what we want to become and leave our past behind for the only real time is present , while past is history and tomorrow but a dream. Now is the time of power where we can realize where our old thoughts, feelings and behaviors were leading us. Then we can repent and firmly decide to not longer live like we did in the past and set a new dream-direction for our life filled with Joy,Love , Self-respect and Meaning. Decide who you want to become at the end of 180 days. If we will not set a clear vision of what we want to become and commit to it our past beliefs and habits are going to make us to repeat our history on autopilot because there are no new joyful dreams but the old nightmares repeating yourself. What personal qualities you want develop in yourself so that you could love and respect yourself? What thoughts, beliefs and habits you want to change in yourself. Start with setting a new dream of new life and the rest as actions and details will follow out of it. Make this first step in faith.
