    Good at shaming others.... perhaps you should stop giving advice out to others until you can listen and stop judging.... why are you asking me if I know the difference between friend and enemy, I am curios? I do not have enemies, only parts of myself I fear. I wish you well....

    Well somehow you 'lived not enough' to understand the basics(..or long enough to forget them)-we know what is wrong and what is right from birth and its a mystery of how you came to think some weird way about it. And for everyone sane and in touch with their inner being there is good and bad as clearly as there are day and night and when you state you nonsensical speculations on simple things that makes me think that you moral compass is quite screwed. Emotions are our indicators of the internal and external activities as we go through our life, so that your mind can lie but your heart never-heart(emotions) always speaks the truth.We have an innate understanding of our emotions and I believe everyone knows that children express them quite freely speaking up and fighting injustice and offenses right on the spot instead of grownups way of keeping it in. If we feel bad we are doing something really wrong or being exposed to some harmful influence(s) so that we become aware enough of them to escape and save yourself from their impact. Some of the harmful influences come from watching all manners of wrong-harmful things on media thinking that its harmless only to realize later that we have been brainwashed and act in all the wrong ways, feeling bad and having no clue why. It's because we wasn't even aware of real impact of the exposure on ourselves ,on those around us and on our life in general. We always understand our emotions the moment we experience them if we only have enough common sense to take time to listen to them and act out of our inborn sense of right and wrong.
    Well ,if it came across as shaming so be it. It wouldn't came if you wouldn't make public you wrong-screwed view-beliefs about basics-sense of right and wrong and downright silly ideas about exposing yourself to harm which I did to protect others from trying to act on you speculative -suggestions for I lived long enough to experience effects of your erroneous beliefs. Well you are not so unique after all and things which are new to you for me is a history and lesson learned so I speak up to save others from inevitable suffering if they would get tempted to try silly stuff suggested by you...and there we quite a number of guys suggesting the same things from time to time, and all disappearing into their own created problems out of lack of good understanding and awareness of what they are doing.

    I agree with most of what you are saying.... I think had we met each other in person we may be quite fond of each other, haha, or not... Let's put this straight, I did not say intentionally expose yourself to harm did I, of course, that isn't going to do any justice, I was saying if you happen to be exposed to it, notice the feelings that arise. I guess I don't usually think of things as wrong and right, at least not emotionally, and having done so in the past confused me greatly. Though I certainly think there is a right thing to do in certain situations, apologising, helping or offering help to those in need, Doing unto others as you would like done unto you, giving unattached etc.... I am interested when we say that emotions (the heart) never lies we must discern what exactly isn't lying, does that mean our body is telling us the right thing to do or is our emotion reflecting us what we believe to be true about the said circumstance. I have come to separate emotion and intuition, for if we only lived by emotion we would never get out of our comfort zones.... Take me, a musician, I used to have a fair bit of anxiety when performing, that would come up and I'd feel it in my body, If I took that to be the TRUTH, then I wouldn't go out and perform, whereas what I am trying to say is that your perception of the circumstance initiates that emotion (what if I make a mistake, or get out of breath, or forget lyrics etc...) Once I understood that If I could re-shape my beliefs about the given circumstance I could reshape how I felt... I guess that's what I am trying to say, anyway.

    This time your thinking is interesting and quite agreeable within itself. Giving unattached is quite difficult for it requires for the change in our conception of ourselves from selfish to altruistic. Our heart/emotions never lie because they are always in synchronicity with the our true perception of ourselves, to the way we are and to every circumstance only in relation to that.
    As it comes to the getting out of the comfort zone it takes an ability to discern the thoughts and strength to stay steady-firm in our convictions, apart from trusting your emotions to move from plans to actions, whilst being aware of brain natural tendency to resist changes and seeing them as security threats.
    Anxiety comes from the untrained mind which has a strong tendency to focus on survival and looking for everything what could go wrong in every situation instead of focusing on what has to be done and what can go well. The truth of the performance situation was that although your mind showed you scenarios where things could go pear shaped for you, you had a stronger expectation of some sort of success inspired by you preparation to the event and its rather not about circumstances but about what you are in relation to the circumstances. Only reshaping of you sense of identity can reshape the way you feel in different sets of circumstances. Like if you are success in your own mind you wont mind any mistake in performance treating it as inferior and temporary whilst if you are in doubts or have bad self -image you tend to magnify mistakes and get frozen -ashamed of them...
    Who do you think you are, what is the world around you those are the good questions to ponder.
