Day 3. Meditated for 6 minutes.
Yesterday evening I was faced with temptation and I asked myself- ' Surely I will face this temptation many times on my way,so what should I do to deal with it?'. Although I haven't got the answer but pondering this question drove temptation away. Maybe this is the answer or at least a part of it- to ask yourself the right question where pondering over it keeps you on course.

Day 2. My eyes got 'brakes wet' after my last relapse and I noticed they dart fast(and often repetedly)to the most southern part of appealingly looking women when travelling on the public transport. Luckily I can pull them away quickly without allowing them to linger there.
