19 yr old newbie

Hi guys my name is dipesh I am 19 yr old. I am just studying now but with porn and masturbation addiction it kills my all goals. With this, I cant focus on my study dumb by 4 girls. I started watching porn when I was just 12 yr and started to do masturbation. I am literally exhausted by this addicted.memory loss, become skinny, have no positive approach to life, all this shit happen.......

I want to get out of this addiction. I am planning to set goal of 21 days and just further I will increase to 90 days....

 

Hey buddy thanks for u r kind act but I am suffering from so much consequences that really held me back. Everyone hates me no one wants to talk me. I think I radiates so bad energy thats the cause. Even due to this I am loosing my hair becoming bald . What should I do????
