19days of NoFap / no release approach

My approach was/is not wasting the seed, not cumming or having an orgasm. Come close to having one, then withdraw... come close, withdraw. Would do this once every 1-2 days.

1 week in - noticed having more energy.
7-12 days - Noticed having more energy and a few moments of boosted mood. Found this interesting because i am usually emotionally numb to the higher, positive emotions.
Day 19... failure. Disappointment. Hoping that these benefits aren't expelled since the body has to recharge reserves.

Starting from around day 10 and on the urge to fap became less frequent and less severe. Noticed that porn didn't control my physiology as much anymore.

Overview. During the course of nearly 3 weeks i found mentally holding back the orgasm to be easy enough. Ability developed from previous training not related to NoFap. The problem started in the last 5 days. When my roommates both decided to take time off work and stay home all the time... Meaning, no maintenance play. Could not practice the "jack in" exercise for 5 days. Finally came a chance ,but the sensitivity was increased so much that stopping it was nearly impossible. This is also the night of the full moon which i found out afterwards.

Most people know the moon impacts the tides and can make some people behave oddly. What they don't know is since the moon impacts water... that includes your blood and seminal fluids. Although i attribute the increased sensitivity to 5 days of not being able to "practice" i wonder how much of it had to do with the moon. (rhetorical, not asking for opinions on the moon lol has to do with the chrism and other occult prerequisites which i'm pretty sure most people don't know about)

I guess it's... time to start over again. Was aiming for 30 days initially but this is my new personal high score (19). Does this mean my energy stores will dip back to the point they were before or somewhat of a middle ground, limbo?

Interesting term! Could you elaborate on why it is the worst? Or why it's destructive when no seeds released? I would consider stopping it but can't do it immediately as i don't understand what's so bad about sending that energy back up the spine to the brain while the construction of life force doesn't have to be rebuilt.
 
Believe me, it is at least as much addictive as usual MO, even worse, because you anyway release plenty of endorphins in your brain, for hours and hours if you manage it properly. And ultimately you won't be able to avoid orgasming ... stop it while you are still in time!

Even i did the same mistake. Your thought process is right but first come over your addiction. Stay on a hard mode ( No edging, PMO)

Yes edging is far more addictive becoz we are getting that orgasming feel again and again.
