19yo virgin suffering from PIED

Hi, i decided to start nofap around January this year, since then i have had a number of short streaks (no longer than 30 days). I decided to begin nofap after two failed attempts at penetrative sex and a few failed attempts at oral sex. In all cases i was initially aroused by the girl i was with, but lost my erection quickly once oral or intercourse was attempted. I began watching porn and masturbating to internet porn at around age 8, on an average of once or twice a day. During my early teens (13-16) i had some intimate experiences with girls at my school, these were mostly kissing occasionally attempting oral sex but never succeeded on orgasming from this. After my recent episodes of PIED this year i am now anxious that my mind is not at all wired for real women but only to pornography. Last week a girl who i am seeing at the moment attempted to have sex with me and after an initial 70% erection i went flaccid before i could penetrate, this was incredibly frustrating and really made me worry. I have been on a streak for 4 weeks but only decided to make an account today. Anyone who is experiencing or has recovered from PIED, especially virgins, any advice or tips is very welcome.
