19yr Old addicted to porn & masturbation

Hi everyone. Iam 19yr old male. I first started watching porn at the age of 8 or 9 i dont really remeber i feel like ive watched porn my whole life. I never realised that i was addicted until ive read a forum online about porn addiction that was when i was 17 or 18 approx didnt really think much of it. I still felt the guilt and shame after masturbating but i continued anyway. Then a year later i joined a chruch. (Chruch of jesus christ of latter day saints) knows as the mormon chruch. Then after becoming more religious and learning about the commandments and having spiritial experiences i 100% knew i was addicted and wanted to stop i have tried many times and failed and today i just had a thought about the NoFap community so i googled it and found this website, ive read couple of stories and felt really inspired to start my own journey and sharing it with you guys hoping that my journey will be little bit easier and i will feel more comfortable sharing it here. I cant think of anything else to write (not really good at this stuff) so if you guys have anymore questions please ask me anything or if youcould give any tips or tricks i would really appreciate it. Iam going to start posting my journey tomorrow DAY 1 i feel ready and excited to overcome this. See you soon everyone.
