    My family hasn’t thrown me a party in years and it seems like everyone is excited and for the first time in a long time it makes me feel like my people actually care for me and my well being.

    These are the things I missed out on when I was wasting my precious seed on fantasy. It’s the whole that feels like it’s finally being filled and I did it with the answer right in front of me.

    I’ll let the fast break itself. I’ve had a great year, and I learned so much about everything so why change what isn’t broken? Not chasing women and and masturbation has gotten me closer to my goals than ever before. She will break, but i will let that happen naturally and at Gods will

    Yesterday was my birthday and this post reminded me of how much I yearned to see myself having completed a year of nofap back then. Never had hindsight of something this great happening this easily (when I look back at the streak it looks easy, won't be so if I look at individual days)
