1ST Official No Fapping run

I've gone a few months in the past without fapping and survived it, however unfortunately this seems to be one addiction that's hard to beat, it came back with a vengence and I went through a bit of a binge. I've slowly worked my way back to where I feel I have some sort of control over the whole situation.

For me fapping was always a form of stress relief, never something I did for the sake of doing it for sexual pleasure, rather to relieve sexual tension/pressure, I found I feel immense pressure and urges when I don't fap for an extended period, but the longer the period goes, the weaker the urges seem to become.

Now I wanna go cold turkey and never do it again starting officially today, any tips on my journey from past sufferers?

Yeah I dont have a partner at the moment, but fapping is no replacement for real life, I find no benefit whatsoever except a little false stress relief.

 

21/06/14. Day 1/90 completed no particular urges to fap, had a busy/hectic day didnt really even have time for the urges to build up. Over and above day 1 = successful.

 

22/06/14, Day 2/90 completed, no particular urges yet

 

23/06/14. Day 3/90 completed with no urges

 

24/06/14. Day 4/90 completed very little urges

 

25/06/14. Day 5/90 completed very little urges

 

26/06/14. Day 6/90 completed very little urges

 

27/06/14. Day 7/90 completed very little urges

 

28/06/14. Day 8/90 completed very little urges

 

29/06/14- 05/07/14 no urges

 

06/07/14 small urges nothing to worry about

 

07/07/14 medium urges, need to pay attention as they get stronger now

 

8/07/14 first day of real strong urges, for some reason everytime I turn on the tele or pick up a newspaper all I see are huge breasts, walking down the street in the CBD I keep coming accross girls that are clearly wearing bras too small for them and prancing around seeking and enjoying all the attention.

Getting harder already.

 

11/07/14, hardest urges soo far, went to the beach in Miami, America has got to be the home of the big plastic tits because all you see everywhere is skinny girls with unbelievable large(and obviously and pushed and squashed together) tits. They get up in your face about it and some girls even show off even more when they notice you on a boner/excited just to full turn you on just for fun and feeling sexy, not because she wants anything to do with you. Used to enjoy going to the beach once upon a time....

Now you wanna lay down at the beach its only matter of time till a few plastic girls start playing tennis or volleyball infront of a packed audience of drooling guys, they try their best to bounce excessively on purpose too which is why it is hard to simply just look away.

 

Succumbed to pressure after randomly searching the internet, those random youtube videos and random facebook searching can end up building up unnecessary sexual pressure/tension, definitely something i've learnt from in this failure but I will attempt to keep a close eye on searches on youtube and facebook going forward.

 

Second official no fapping run. Day 1 = 15/07/14

 

Almost 30 days shockingly still no urges. definatelly easier second time around

 

33 days down no real urges to worry about yet. Quite shocking but pleasantly suprised and going to hopefully never go again
