2 days and relapsed.

Vowed to myself I would post every relapse. So here I am again.

Triggers are definitely being alone and boredom. Without a doubt. If I’m with my gf of course I won’t relapse. Just wish I could spend every night with her.

I always say “I’ll have a quick look” and that obviously escalated.
