So just wanted to post a progress update. After 2 years and 1 month the worst of the headaches is now gone. If you are in a bad way you'll understand as you heal. I couldn't look at a screen without back spasms and include involuntary contractions for aver a year. They are almost gone now. Just the slightest now. The problem for most is that you have been so horribly bound up for so long the unwinding is going to be painful. Persevere brothers. It's worth it. Now onto my last exercise in this saga. Changing my shit job to one where I am appreciated by the institution that employs me. Maybe I'll start my own thing. It can't be worse than what I've already been thru.

    Stay strong, stay safe brothers.

This is inspiring bro. About the headaches and back aches, are there any ways to keep it manageable or to cope with it.

I am going to work on it through workouts, meditation and hot water showers to relieve muscle tension. Anything on the journey that helped you bro

    Yep,

All of the above. Asmr Tai Chi. 100% the best thing. But find a legitimate sifu. During all of this I also found pout I have low pressure glaucoma. Meaning I was undiagnosed for decades. But the headaches will subside over time.

Super , yes brother, I feel something off with my eyes too, they feel light when sleeping or watching something pleasurable or relaxing but tighten up otherwise, this happens after day 7 of no pmo. In relation to ASMr what search terms are you using. I believe you bro that it will subside over time but my work life gets affected with the emotinal flatline I face, until time passes I have to make things work. Please help.

This was a huge problem for me. I am a scientist and found that I was hyper focused on the data on screen just like porn. I'm now looking at jobs that are much more social by nature. I can't stare at screens anymore.
