At the risk of sounding preachy I'm listing here a few key ideas and lessons which I believe were key to my current progress. h I'm only at 20 days but I feel good about my chances. Especially since I think I've wasted half my life because of this evil.

One of the key changes in me has been better sleep! I've had insomnia for 20 years and incredibly I now can easily fall asleep and take naps. This is huge.

    So here it goes:

Before you Commit seriously to 90 days:

Getting help or learning how to do this on your own may also be required. Tons of vids, online training for these.
    1. Take a picture or find a picture that will represent your future state. This will be imprinted on your weak but eager mind during your count down to 90 days in. It can be a representation or a place as well, not just a selfie or an old pic. Keep it somewhere private but visible at times. A visual symbol of success is what’s needed to be referenced when you are in danger of relapse.
    2. Write down your manifesto and why you're doing it. I keep mine in a OneNote
    3. Sort your environment, organize, you’re working and living area if necessary. Clean and clear lifts the spirit.
    4. Sort your Computer / files to work better and eliminate all porn files.
    5. Get organized and manage the burdens of life. If they are sucking your emotions then you need to deal with that. This goes for family, g/f, friends, work, etc. Those externalities will make you weaker so be proactive.
    6. Wim Hof . meditate and strengthen the mind as your testosterone is increased to form a superior mind/brain. Start this right away
Mind Set as you go through this:

Understanding what's actually happening vs. just responding to it
    • Every urge is a decision and a challenge. Think of it as the workout to get through this. Do the work and benefit. Keep to it, respect yourself. Give in ONCE and you're done.
    • Body and mind are changing. If indeed testosterone is increasing and you're not getting your usual fix of other hormes your mood and perception of reality changes. Just know that.
    • This change has to come with major changes in your life. Its counter intuitive to think that major habitual changes have to accompany other positive forces at the same time
    • Be busy! - its a great time to get shit done and get in shape
So far, the above has worked for me and I hope it can help others.

One of the greatest insights I have ever read. Truly a person who has found the path all by himself can provide these. Sincerely appreciate your efforts to share the hard earned wisdom.
