The benifits so far:
1) MORE TIME ON MY HANDS
I used to PMO at night and in the morning and generally any time I was feeling tired. I definitely have urges but when I do I either get out of bed, come on here or do something very different to distract me. Also I am very conscious about what I fantasize in my head, I try not to entertain it at all because it’s too tempting.
I remind myself of the competition we have with each other and also that I’m proving something to myself. I don’t let myself make excuses because I want to prove I can go 90 without PMO.
But really I’m less than a week into it and I have and continue to have very strong urges about M. I think I have to try it longer to fully feel the effects.
May I ask, what do you think caused the relapse?
So I'm working on day 3...
Benefits for me have been an increase in energy levels, which is especially important to me because I'm an athlete. Low energy levels actually what really Kickstarted my motivation for NoFap. I feel less sluggish when awake.
During the day yesterday, is struggled with urges, but I fought them by always doing something. I played video games, read a book, and then worked out in the evening. I got so tired from the full day that I fell asleep rather easily.
So basically, just stay insanely busy with other stuff...
I can now use how good I felt working out yesterday as motivation to continue.

i have an exam day after tomorrow of 6 hours . so i m busy with my exam prep . this would help me abstain frm PMO
Hey guys just checking in.
Had a really difficult time falling asleep yesterday night. It’s when I’m falling asleep that I have the strongest urges. I eventually fell asleep to an audio book but it took over 2 hours. Anyway feeling pretty good because I didn’t give into my urges.

finally , day 1 was completed . as already told , i relapsed yesterday while bathing (whlie cleaning my private parts with soap , lol ) . i felt tired yesterday after my tasty lunch . i was feeling restless . i didnt want to do anything . today i woke up with a 'not so strong morning wood' . i didnt try to orgasm , as i m on ' no pmO ' . today also while bathing , i had urges , my pe*** got erect and just wanted to relapse , but i managed to control . guys , just tell me one thing , u people clean your private parts with soap ? or just with water ? (wierd ques , i know , but plz reply to it ). i actually stroke my penis with soap while cleaning it , and that strokes makes the situation uncontrollable(precum also comes out) . Now , i have decided that i will clean it with water only and not soap .
Right now, at 2pm , i m alone at home . usually , when i m alone at home , i switch to incognito mode and start browsing porn videos one after another , and after about 20-30min , i ejaculate . and now , while i m alone , i m typing this . it feels great . i feel more mature after completeing day 1 .
i m trying my best to keep myself busy with tomorrows test . i have lots to prepare . 100+ chapters are there for tomorrows exam .

But i binge watched youtube. rather than imporving my reward system, i am messing it. I don't want it to happen again.

I downloaded a site blocker on my phone and iPad that blocks YouTube Twitter porn websites and whatever site you want to not spend time on. So every time I try to go to YouTube and it doesn’t load then I remember why I blocked it in the first place.

Last night I had the strongest urges so far while laying in bed trying to fall asleep. I ended up listening to an audiobook to fall asleep. Was tough.
