20 with no libido

Hey everyone just wanted some advice if possible.

I started PMO back in around 7th grade or when I was 12. I’m 20 now and a lot has changed. I had absolutely no problems before I turned 16 or 17. That’s exactly when I started edging to porn though. I would do it once or twice a week for an hour or 2 sometimes more. I stopped doing that when I turned 19, only did it like 5 times since then. Now I basically have no libido at all. I go on streaks of 2-3 weeks and only relapse if I see something triggering. Back 2-3 years ago I wouldn’t be able to go a day without having insane urges to fap. I’m wondering if PMO has caused this but I can’t really seem to find many people like me. They all talk about their libido going away while on NoFap because of the flatline while even after a relapse I still hardly have libido. I’m wondering whether I could have a medical or hormonal issue but my testosterone is like 570 so idk what else it would be. I’d really appreciate any advice. It’s not normal for a 20 year old to not care about sex. Also I don’t have PIED, my erections are pretty good with fantasy or just touch.
Some symptoms other than the low libido that I have are hair loss, depression, anxiety, loss of drive in life, basically don’t feel like who I did 2 years ago when I had crazy libido. I want to go to a doctor but I feel like they’ll just brush me off and say it’s all because I have depression. Any advice?

the reason why I keep thinking it might not be PMO related is because other people have urges and PIED. I literally go weeks without urges and don’t have PIED. Also, I noticed my face physically looks different. It’s puffy, my eyes look different, etc. Can a lack of dopamine make my face puffy and change the look of my eyes? I have normal blood work in terms of testosterone, maybe there’s something else going on? Plus I heard stories of guys edging and being addicted to PMO for decades and they don’t have these symptoms. Even when I PMO it’s not that enjoyable, orgasms are way less pleasurable than before. Regardless I’m done PMOing, I just want to know wtf is wrong with me.

 

what’s the longest streak you’ve been on? Did the streak help your libido? Also do you have any other symptoms other than your lack of libido and did you get anything other than testosterone tested?
