20 year old Boy

    Hello Guys I am 20 years old and I started to Masterbution(daily 1 time) at the age of 17 and now I am feeling guilty I also understood it's effects.
    I am beginner to Nofap I joined it today and I want to get out of this Porn and Masterbution addiction.
    Hope many of thm here are new to Nofap together will get rid of this addiction.

    I am setting my 21 days goal to remove it from my daily routine if I am successful in this I will extend it again.

    Welcome aboard! Setting goals is a good way to go. For me, seeing that number in my signature reminds me of the progress that I would lose if I gave in to temptation. Rooting for you, bro!
