20 year old newble

Hi everyone I am Himanshu I am 20 years old currently doing Graduation, I started watching pron when I was 16year old, I was not aware whether it was wrong or right,
Now I was addicted to porn I was knowing this is not good for me but was unable to get out of it as it was too difficult and becoming a part of my daily routine. So please help me to get out of this stuff.


I want to get out of this addiction, I'm planning my first goal to be kept is 21 days and as I started improving I'll be increasing the days maybe 90 days.
