Been homeless for 5 years. Basically stuck in a vehicle or room most of my life. I left my parent with my brother because my parent had issues. So my summers were basically filled with porn, music, and self development. I know which one of those three I want to get rid of. So I'm joining this forum. I stopped for like 1 month but just two days ago I messed up and tonight the same. I've waisted too much of life on porn but now its going to be over! And I want to end it forever!

When Images of pornstars pop into my head I imagine seeing myself holding my phone in my room, and then with some frustration throwing my phone to the ground. Multiple times when I was about to watch porn again I chose to do this instead, as I dreamed about. I think it helps. I'm definitely also going to have a place to put my technology outside of my room by today! Like in 5 min!

Nowadays it mostly happens when I'm stressed. I also meditate. Its been proven to do so much good for our brain! Particularly in the prefrontal region, making us more in control of ourselves.
