Yeah..... I have to find way to study.... I know it's important , without it i know i can't accomplish some of my dream.....i have to do something immediately......

Today was normal... Felling happy for this..
Today i spend most of my time outside my home. Today i find something very interesting about my life...There is many things around me which i think now i am going to explore .....the world is so beautiful without PMO..... I find something i love to do and I'll do it.....

Today was normal..... Sunday is very special day for me.... I spend most of my time outside my home.....there was no sign of distraction today..

It give me hope for my new life without PMO......

I successfully completed my 1st week.... It gives me so much hope that this time i can do it......

Today, when i waked up, I wanted to watch porn but then I immediately got out of bed and went out for a moment.....after some time when the thought go out of my mind then i come to my room....... I really fucking done with this......

After that my day was going well......

& sometime sharing problem can solve it..... But no every time.......so Nofap help me a lot..... It give me power to keep away from porn......i can share my everyday life where no one know anyone..... And there is no fear to share our problem....

Today when i came from college and watched some YouTube and after some time i felt to do pmo... but at that time i switch off my mobile and went for a ride to a resort....

Now i almost 21 years old boy..... i have already destroyed my 21 years.... i have never done something special in my life.... I'm always a loser.... i already destroyed my parents money ... I'm very shy.... i have very low level of confidence.... People told 20-30 years is the golden years for them who destroyed their early life.... after 30 years I'll have nothing but regret. so i have almost 9 years....i have to decide what i really wants to do

stay like this and regret whole life that i have chance
or
do my best so that i can accomplish my dream or help people......

But im in depression...... I don't know why....

I almost failed today..... I didn't watch porn but i saw show where there was a adult scene exist.... I saw it.. its not porn but there was kissing scene or something near porn... .....i think today i was fail....today i did not go for ride after coming the thought..... Thats my mistake ...

But one thing i teach from today that.....i can do it....2021 should be PMO free for me and i will do it ......

Sunday is so special for me..... I spend most of my time outside my home.... So that there was no thought about PMO comes into my mind.....Sunday is rest day for me..... Today i spent most of my free time in a beautiful natural place...i meditate in the morning it helped me a lot & i only did an exercise which called Suryanamaskar...it has made my body warm.......

Almost failed....i didn't saw porn but i saw a movie where i saw some scene likee kiss etc etc........

Now I'm planning my 2nd goal to be kept is 21 day....i failed my 1st goal.... I failed too many times but its the longest...... And i believe that i can do it......

My day was awesome...i completed it without PMO..... I went for college in college... Where i attended a meeting.....i came from college and slept for sometime and then i went to the market for relaxaing and then i did meditation for sometime and now i am going to study for some time...........
