I finish my day without PMO.... But Today i feel so depressed......I'm a biggest failure over the want....
I don't know why I am alive.... I'm done nothing important to this world.....

I failed because i was so free and that's why I slept for some time after that i watch YouTube and then i wanted to do pmo.... I can't stop my self to do that..... This bed is one of my biggest problem man....

Because of the same reason from yesterday....

It's make distance between me and dream to make people happy......

 

It has been almost 22 days to join Nofap.... I failed 3 times among them..... I never thought that sometime i can get rid of from this addiction .....its my longest streak... I know im failed 2 times but i felt different without PMO..... Whenever i was free i wanted to do PMO... Bad is the main trigger point......

Now my streak is gonna be for 22 days.....lets see....what i choose

Its has been 2 days i didn't do PMO.... It's my Third streak.....i failed two times in my 1st and 2nd streak....

I completed these day without porn....recently i started to go on a morning walk which help me....
Yesterday i was so busy so i was not able to came here to update my journal.... Hihi..... Nofap

I completed my day without pmo....
When I'm free i wanted to saw, I'm failed to keep my promise

 

For some days i am continued in nofap that's why i saw porn today for 2 times..... Bcz of irregularities i fail my challenge..... I hate my life.... This fucking stay like drugs in my mind.....

I swear to god, I'm really done with PMO..... It's makes my life so notorious.....it stop me to reach my goal, my life....

 

I feel so demotivated these days...... I watch P and get more demotivated......but from today I'm daily tell my journal.....
