It all started at age 8 Didnt get out of hand until age 12 when i was fapping everyday to pornagraphic material, slowed down around age 18 This isnt the first time ive went NoFap i went about 8 months then started again out of shear boredom Now im 20 and i never watch to watch it again, im on day 7 and i feel pretty good other than the fact i still dont have the confidence to spark up a convo with girls, even today one was eyeing me as she made my pizza and i just sat there could of said something but i promised myslef to wait enough i felt confortable to do so..ive had many urges but have ignore all of them since i dont want to set myself back to square one...staying strong!

 

Y know basically Play videogames that was my getaway when in my younger days so it seems the best way, Last night I played basketball and actually hopped on my board and hit this skatepark up the street mind you im out of shape but u know at least i got off my ass and didnt stay in all day
