    It's January first! How have you fared so far this year? At the end of today it will be possible for you to say: I have not PMO'd at all in 2020! Okay, it's just one day, but that's how you do it! Make 2020 a nofap year - one day at a time!

    Yes! TOGETHER nofappers are strong! I really hope if some people can start a "nofap" association, like a gathering but not a religious one
