In the morning I was at school, got back home and slept (I was tired and had a headache), when I woke up I ate lunch and listened to news, in the evenings i went for mass, got back home and did some school work and experienced some little urges while studing, afterwards I listened to the summit and immediately after this I will recite the rosary and go to bed.

Day 8 & 9, was Traveling to the North West. On holiday now, being home will help with the urges!!!

I feel very healthy. For one of the first time in the last years I am not just thinking about P or NoFap (I always try to think about NoFap, when the P thoughts are coming). It's great to see that my brain gets rewired!! I am so HAPPY

   In the morning was at school till in the afternoons, in the evenings i played soccer, got back home tired and slept, I woke up to study and after studing I listened to the summit and immediately after this I will recite the rosary and go to bed.
   Am feeling kind of wired, am anxious for nothing (maybe part of withdrawal symptoms)
2. And a girl texted me on one of my social networks, and Istocked her (which am notsupposed to do) so I realizedshe was a scum and deleted her.

 

I just completed 10 days without PMO. I got it @HashMachine
