Day 1: done.

Day 5: done. that was easy
Day 4...I'll admit, total day 30 is looking a little enticing, with changes to my patterns from there on

Damn, relapsed today.. was half awake this morning and had really strong urges

The day passed into a working atmosphere. As always, the problem arose in the hotel room, but I managed myself.

After having completed the 7-day challenge and the 14-day challenge consecutively, I'm now up for this one. Day 0 it is.
I feel great about this challenge.sorry if I can't update my status everyday!
I relapsed yesterday on Day 8 of this challenge. Starting over. I will reach 21 days (and hopefully beyond) this time.
edit: I update my signature badge with relapse date, but it doesn't seem to have updated on the tread..
Congrats. I agree in the record thing, but noticing milestones helps me see my progress and it’s encouraging.
I'm having a though time. so there is no urges, nothing.
I feel like I will never relapse. Very confident.
Day 17/21 no edging w/ p-subs (Actually 39), But I added a 21 day challenge in....
