[21-CHALLENGE] THE TWENTY ONE DAYS CHALLENGE !

Day 11, In past few days, I was either busy with my college work or with my family. No urges at all. Going to gym everyday, which, I feel, actually elevates testosterone level in me while I refrain from fapping. This afternoon, I'd urge for P, and know what follows after it, I still went to search for P, even saw the thumbnails, but eventually listened to a recording: http://depts.washington.edu/abrc/mbrp/recordings/Urge Surfing.mp3 and then came here to write about myself. Few days ago, I thought that I don't like P and surely won't search or watch them, but here I'm. It seems like our brain is on an Automatic pilot mode which make us do things which we don't want to do. But I'm fine and I would continue this journey till 180 days.

sorry, that I did not write yesterday, but my day was so full of activities. I also worked in a night shift! Now I close my eyes. ZzZZzZZZ

At this evening I'm going to complete my fourth day!

Well honestly, I like the idea, that I need to write every day in this thread. I am sure that I many urges today, but the thought, i need to write everyday and say it to the group, stopped me, my brain automatically said: You cańt do this right now, you just started, how would it look like to the others.

About 7 hours and my first day is done.
