Feeling heavy . Intermittent fasting for 18 to 20 hours daily for about a month will help me lose some weight

Good going. I starightaway started with 21 day challenge, thinking of Aiming big . I hope i am able to complete this.

Sorry i didn't update yesterday, I was tired after watching soccer and went to bed .
Today i was at school from morning till late in the afternoons, in the evenings i gave myself a haircut. At night did some school work and afterwards I read a book, I will now recite my rosary and go to bed. OnWednesday i was at church for ash Wednesday.
