    Day #16 here and staying on track. I had to think for a minute about what day I was actually on, and that felt pretty good. I read somewhere once that you need to do something everyday for three to four weeks to make it a habit. I'm a little over two weeks in of coming here every morning and avoiding websites that were previously triggering, and I feel like it's really working. The thoughts of even going to those websites become more distant every day, and coming here instead of going there has been a great replacement.

    Day 6/21. For a total of 19.

    In respect to my "super powers", I am in between my old self and my new pmo-free strong self. I think this will be my normal self from now on.
    Now I am kind of in a plateu, I have mild urges but nothing to strong. And also I don't feel the benefits as strongly as before so it makes me think it's not so bad to return to the habit, I think this is a cause for relapse a lot of times. It is probably the addiction whispering to me. But I never want to fall into PM again, so I will keep my will strong, no matter the time or feelings I have.

    I definitely have do more sports, I have been doing a lot less than before, about once in 3-4 days. Maybe that will help me get my mood back.

    Aight relapse today, gonna go hop on over to the 7 day challenge and work my way up from there
    However, I notice that I'm being triggered by instagram more and more. I spend a lot more time on it than i have in the past. I need instagram for the group chat's i have in there since they are related to my school work, however I would like to negate spending time on the app.

    I had some strong temptations from Instagram as well. I just started unfollowing every friend and model that posted sexy photos, that works.

    This probably won't work for you since you need instagram for school, but I recently have deactivated my fb, twitter, and IG. Reason being the same as yours I was getting triggered too much which caused me to have a recent relapse. I am very serious about completing this challenge so I deactivated everything to take away any possible triggering. What I would suggest is to do what Isaac2147 did and unfollow models, any porn related things or chicks who post a lot of racy photos. Also, I would deactivate any social media you do not need for school work or anything important. I know that seems like a bit much, but if we are all going to overcome our additions and become our best selves we have to go that extra mile.
