@2525 i completed this challeng, 21 days on 21. at beginning of this challenge i was rich in energy and had as goal to connect with others. it has been difficult, i did little improvements but surely it is an aspect i have to continue to work on in the next challenge, 30 days. anyway i understood how it is important to enjoy life, i see it is fundamental in reboot. i can say reboot starts to be difficult, i feel alone, sometimes depressed as if everything is dark, i will face it in the next challenge too
