Day 0 - Relapsed
I must find time to write here everyday. I don't want to lose all my progress. The addiction hasn't gone away...

 

I've made 14 days so is it ok if I join here to get to 21. +1 for short, see-able targets.

One week down, two more to go! Keep it up everyone!

 

Day 18.
Had a dream about a relapse again I think.
Dream-me is not as strong as I am.

 

Day 10 completed. Had some difficulties, i kind of went out of the flatline (had 3 strong erections thought out the day). I did feel them quite better and harder than before nofap but i fear that they bring me closer to relapse.

Erections are back!!!!!!!!!! Woke up to great morning wood erections. Still healing but happier now

Feeling good nowdays. It's quite easy in flatline. My last streak was the 18 Days, So This would be my longest streak. I'm feeling more attractive nowdays.
