Starting this challenge with you guys.
Day 8! (Yesterday was supposed to be day 7!)
I was productive at work, then had a great night at volleyball! I am feeling great!
Day 3. Time to rise higher than I ever have.
...one hour at a time.
Cuz paradoxically, gotta slow down to go fast and not get overwhelmed too quick, innit.
Spoke too soon. Day 0.
Gonna write a guide for Pluckeye so others can avoid the same pitfalls I have.
Its a great tool for PMOers, but man, setting it perfectly can be a bit of a pain.
New goal - come back here with a straight up Day 7 declaration, and then continue updating every 7th day.
Will come here on the 22nd.
Updating again to confirm I have meditated and written a journal entry about this entire deal. My binge cycle that started last December is over now for good, no danke, I wanna live my life, kay? Kay.

Am restarting using most of my tools so gonna go on an internet blackout, relying more on my therapist and my actual tools and books.
...hm, actually, gonna blackout most things except NF. Need to be more flexible.

I feel nervous !
I had no urges, but I wanted to enjoy something as I achieved very good progress in studies. So I banged on P sites and I relapsed with M.
It's day 1 I will do it no matter what

Had a reset. Starting back at 0/21. I will try to read some of the reasons people stopped here. Gonna help my focus
