Day 1! Great day with the family -- played at a park in the morning and pictures in the afternoon.

Going through the after effects of fapping...
It's hell!

God bless me...
Give me strength...
Help me nourish my brain, mind, soul, body to endure the pain,
As well as to fight... My battle...
Help me endure the mind fog, the pain of loosing my streak, the pain of starting all over again, the pain of going through, faliure.
The pain of loosing the concentration in my life, the pain of torture and abuse I have put my soul, mind and body through.....

Oh God.
Bless me.
And my fellow mates.

We need mental and spiritual strength.

Feeling good so far.
