Tonight I was having some bad urges but I decide to play video games instead. I ended up beating a super hard level I couldn’t beat yesterday, and didn’t fap!

Hey all, i was busy the last some days so i forget to keep u up to date, sorry for that

But maybe its a good sign, that i don't thought much about stop masturbation and quit PMO.

Today its my 28th day of NoFap and i feel really good!

My mind is free to study and iam much more active in sports now. My parents asked my if i felt in love because iam mostly in a good mood hahaha.
So i wanna keep going and hope i still stay strong and iam able to quit
