It's been so long since I had a long streak. I can't believe I haven't passed the 21 day test yet. I keep giving up. But I'm really tired of failing. I want to improve my life. This the only way to. I want to challenge myself to come on this thread and make a statement about what I did better, my current emotions, and what I'll do tomorrow. I need to get these shackles off. Forgive me my Lord... for you are the most merciful.
Day 2/21, bit by bit
start over as I slipped yesterday. or last night. So today is day 1.
day 15 started of 21 days
i tell you a diffrent method satrt with 7 day challenge then graduate to 14 day challenge with day 8 and then to this 21 with day 15th.. it will be easier and correct way. it all my opinion u r free to chose ur own
Day 1/21 (after just finishing the 14-day challenge). Huge triggers after seeing women on public transport dressed up for going out the last couple of evenings after work, but trying to let them pass.
