Day 0 of 21
Day 8/21. Continuing to do the new routine which feels like it's helping in terms of mental clarity. Still, day of summer yesterday so a lot of temptation around - wasn't good on the ogling front. Also found myself doing some dodgy searches on Facebook later in the day. Still managed to stop myself taking that further and am still sober from PMO, though. Ready to take on today!

I did lol. I did the 7 day challenge and the 14 day. Or are you saying don't indirectly look at as a 7 day challenge but understand that I am doing the 21 day challenge at the same time.
BTW, I slipped last night. So today is day 1.
Day 1 of 21!
Day 9/21. Had some difficult moments yesterday, including a number of dubious Facebook searches I shouldn't be doing, but managed to rein myself in. I will make sure that I make today a clean day without tempting myself like that. Still, feeling a lot of benefits from being sober from PMO and the changes I'm making along with it - I'm talking to myself in a kinder and more positive way, and I am beginning to replace my limiting beliefs with more positive ones, which in turn makes me feel much more confident about my ability to achieve things.
Day 2 of 21!!
