Hello everyone. I just completed the 14 day challenge and i'm now in here to complete 21 days. i think it would be to long to start from day 0 so i will carry on from day 14 until i reach day 21(if that is allowed).
Day 15/21 complete
Day 3 /21 completed
I relapsed in between and started again and now I have completed 3 days
In order to stay away from pmo ing , I have developed a new hobby of running
And I feel pretty confident about myself and I boost my self-esteem
Only 1/3 rd day is left
day 0. relapsed. everything going well until i saw a trigger but i will never give up.
The hardest part of riding a horse is mounting it.
I am in.
Back to day 0. Slipped today after a week.
