Day 3/12 17 overall begins, though only barely. My weakness keeps me humble.

 

Llevo 4 días con NoFap, pero en este cuarto día tuve un sueño húmedo. ¿Creen qué mar necesario empezar de nuevo?

 

Slipped yesterday. So restarting and today is day 1. Deleted Facebook and Instagram for a while. Social media has been a horrible tool for me when it comes this.
