Day 14 today! Feeling great at the moment. I noticed that my stamina increased on my runs (training level remained the same, it just went a lot smooter). Almost 2 weeks, let's get it
Update Day 17/21 Yesterday wasn't too bad. I kept myself busy, and my urges for PMO were low. So I did fine- we'll see how today goes.
Day 5/21 completed. No PMO for the last 12 days, starting to get restless. Need to be more disciplined and keep busy.
