Had a relapse today. My streak was 23 Days. For me, thats one of my best streaks... This time I will break this streak! For sure! Stay motivated! We will overcome!!
Day 14/21 completed. One more week to go for this challenge. Trying to redirect my energy to improving other aspects of my life. Trying to eliminate usual negative-energy habits and establish new positive-energy habits. It takes time to form new habits, but I am committed to change for remainder of this challenge and beyond.
