I take melatonin when I’m having trouble falling asleep or if I’m restless, and I set my phone to the other side of the room so I would t be tempted to start browsing the internet.
On day 8/21 now. I was able to fall asleep with ease last night, so I’m feeling pretty good today. Hoping to start journaling this process and ways for self improvement.
Day 3/21. Slept very well yesterday. It was easy
Day 18/21. 3 days to go!
Yesterday was very difficult. Got many urges and got a sexual dream too.
Somehow controlled myself and kept going.
Today I will try to keep myself busy.
Till day 7 it was easy, but yesterday it was very difficult.
Hope for the best today....

Bright sunny day, didn't even feel like there was some coronavirus out there.
7 Days Done, Day 8. I have achieved my target of 1 week. Let's see how many more days can I go...
Successfully half way through day 9.
Kept myself busy till now. Got no urges till now today.
Day 18/21. Getting close to the next challenge! Going to have good daily disciplines today!

Today was again busy. So got very few urges. It went smooth.
Feeling happy as tomorrow will be 10th day... (Double digit)
Finished with day 9/21. Trying to power through the urges today.
