Try to be busy.
It is hard sometimes. Times when you have nothing to do. At that moment if you have a phone in your hand and an internet connection, that is the deadliest combination.
To counter this try to be occupied all the time. Do something you like.
For example, I started writing since I started PMO. Having a topic in mind to write about keeps me busy constructively.
That's why I was able to make it to 20 days without PMO.

There is so much here, so many posts, at least one will ease you down. 2 days back I had a very bad urge. I was about to relapse. But I found this video. It calmed me down.
