Day 3 done.
I noticed that some of you on this 21 day challenge have a total day count higher than what you're posting each day. I was wondering whether your approach to this is to take on some of the shorter challenges and then build up a longer streak? The reason I'm asking is that I started with the 90 day challenge and after relapsing a couple of times thought a better strategy for me would be to focus on something that feels more realistic for me and hopefully build up from there. I know 21 days still isn't easy but when I think of it it feels more like "I can do this!" than it did with 90. If any of you want to share what your strategy is I'd be interested in hearing about it.

2 Days Done, Day 3.
I finished 3, 7 and 14 - days challanges before and I am here now. And I started these x-days challanges when I was already 2 days clean so that is why my counter has higher number. So far it seems to work fine, this is my longest streak yet. In the beginning, I did it one day at a time, now it is easier, of course I still keep my guard on. I hope it is helpful. Good luck!
That's a great approach, thanks for sharing it and I'm glad it's working for you. Right now I'm thinking that if I make it through this 21 day challenge I'll do another one 21 days, or move up to 30 days, but I'll see how I feel then. Anyway, I'm only on day 4 so I need to focus on this one now! Best wishes to you for continued success.
