Feeling like I need more then a Nofap mindset. I need to cut social media all together.
Day 13/21. Feeling some urges and pretty hungover today. Wonder if those two are a coincidence or what, but need to do some exercise and get out of being in the house alone.
I've felt that way before and it's made me too stressed and I ultimately relapsed. Take it instead one day at a time. That's a manageable goal. If you can do that, you'll find that before you know it you'll be a month into this journey. Baby steps!

Day 8 in the books in barely 4 hours. Feeling better today - took control over my urge and tendency to hit random girls up on Messenger. No more free attention! Just inflates their ego.
Day 1 of 21 complete.
Though the target was 4 Days, I went 3 Days without PMO. Now targeting 4 Days this time. Day 1, Starting again.
Just going through the motions.
