Yeah man, meditation and cardio is the most important habits during nofap and life overall. I bought exercise bike after reading a book called “Spark: The Revolutionary New Science of Exercise and the Brain” by John J. Ratey MD (Author), there a many successful stories about people who change their lives by adding exercises in daily routine. Stay strong brother!

Day 1 successfully over. Grandma passed away today. Felt lonely, not because of her passing away. We were not very close. Just because of being stuck in my home. I have nowhere else to go.
