    It happened because of my uncontrolled urge to fantasize. I'll take are of such urges by meditation, hereafter!

    Day 2/21. Feeling really tired, have been hungry often, and often by myself. These are huge triggers for me. First I’ve recognized them but now I need to deal with them and act responsibly. Posting has really helped at the beginning of my streaks.
