Maybe try to sleep early . Also try to set a limit of screen usage. for example :- After 10 pm no using phone etc.
Day 0/21 again. Weekends are always the hardest and most of the times it's just the fact that I'm not doing anything and that's my brains default thing to do even tho I have other things I can do. I need to learn to get off the computer completely.
