Day 4/21. Weekend is coming again, Let's try to do better this time.
Relapsed, not giving up!
Day 21 completed.
Argh, this has been a difficult challenge. Relapsed especially during the night. I'm installing a better security on my phone.
Maybe try to sleep early .
Also try to set a limit of screen usage.
for example :- After 10 pm no using phone etc.
Day 0/21. Didn’t fully relapse but i’ve been edging so im resetting.
Day 0/21 again. Weekends are always the hardest and most of the times it's just the fact that I'm not doing anything and that's my brains default thing to do even tho I have other things I can do. I need to learn to get off the computer completely.
Keep tackling this challenge and we'll all make our way through it.
